I am so glad Vinyl Fence Depot was one of the Companies I called on to do an estimate for our new house fence and patio install,

Arthur is a great Sales Rep. He is knowledgable, professional, helpful and prompt! Unlike the other guys he gave me an estimate on the spot, and boy did he delivery...I was in a position of needing the febce ASAP, and Arthur made it happen in under a week!

Kevin and another guy (sorry I didn't get his name, but he was SO good/efficient & strong) were early to start their day, and went the extra mile on a not so easy install. By 5pm I had the fence I wanted and could not be more pleased!!

We had rotten, frail and old wooden fences that was leaning and was unsafe. I did some research and came upon vinyl fence depot. I had two fences done on separate occasions through them and couldn't be happier.

Edmond came on time and took careful measurements to provide me with an estimate. He's soft spoken, doesn't try to up sell or pressure you into buying anything. Vinyl fencing isn't cheap compared to wooden fences but Edmond's quote was reasonable and better than other quotes.

Rojer who installed my first fence was efficient, energetic, and personable. Moses was my other installer. He seems shy and doesn't say much at first but he was meticulous, didn't cut corners and ended up being friendly. I was impressed with both installers as they appear to have a lot of knowledge in carpentry and they treated their assistants really well.

Overall, my experience with vinyl fence depot was awesome!

We updated our porch and needed to get some new railing installed. We also wanted to replace a chain link fence along the side of the house. We liked the zero/low maintenance nature of vinyl fencing so we set out to research local companies.

After a couple of people came out and gave us some ridiculous quotes, my wife found Vinyl Fence Depot through Yelp. Jack K. came out to take measurements and gave us a reasonable quote. He didn't engage in any high pressure sales tactics and we eventually decided to go with them. He then came out for final measurements, we paid the deposit and then scheduled the install. The whole project took maybe half a day to complete between the two crew members.

We couldn't be happier with the end results. What a difference some nice new fencing can make! Our only complaint is that the installers probably could have done a better job cleaning up the cement (which was used to fill the posts). But Jack was great with follow up and personally came out to do some additional cleaning when we mentioned it to him. That's some great customer service!

The service from Vinyl Fence Depot and particularly from Jack K. was great. I had been wanting to replace my old, rotted wood fence in my backyard for awhile. I looked on Angie's List and found five companies to come out and give me an estimate. At first, Jack's estimate was not the lowest but here is why I decided to go with him: he seemed the most honest. I am in the hills and part of my fence was attached to a makeshift retaining wall. Jack was the only one of the fence companies that told me I needed to replace part of the wall or he would not do the work. He said that he could certainly put the fence up but, if the wall was not repaired first, the fence would not last beyond a few years. He gave me the name of company who could do the repairs but stressed that I could call any company and get it done. He was not trying to push any particular company on me. None of the other fence companies mentioned the need to replace the wall. After more research and contacting some companies to repair the wall, I'm so glad I decided to get it done because the wall was certainly failing. In addition to Jack's honesty, he was very attentive to all my concerns and made sure the work to replace the fence was done to my satisfaction. Jack takes great pride in his work. I love my new fence (and my new retaining wall) and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I decided to have a vinyl gate installed in the area where I keep my trash cans. This company came out within two days to give me a quote. It is a little higher than a wood gate but no repair/paint needed ever. I went ahead and had it installed and now, a year later, all I have to do is hose it down. Fabulous. The company was easy to work with too.

We are so very pleased to work with Arthur and Harry. Arthur and Harry are conscientious about treating their customers with timeliness and care. The railing is aesthetically beautiful. We had two railings installed on both our porches by Harry, who is absolutely wonderful to work with. Harry's professionalism is clear from start to finish. Harry is very serious about the quality of his work. He is very conscientious and hard working from start to finish and he cares very much about protecting the homeowner's property from the debris released by the sawing of steel rods and applicator, mixing of cement.

We appreciate Arthur and Harry's expertise and formality tremendously.

We just had our vinyl fences installed by Vinyl Fence Depot and I can't say enough good things about them. The fences look great and work great and the installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up every last spec of dirt from the job. Gary, the salesman took the time to design the fences so they matched the house and worked well with our yard configuration and the job was done on time.
